3. Order Placement & Payment

4. Product Delivery & Distribution
- Orders will be delivered either to the organization’s designated contact or directly to buyers, depending on the agreed-upon terms.
- Shipping or delivery fees will be disclosed during the planning stage and must be covered by the organization or buyers.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy:
- Fundraiser agreements may be canceled by the organization or Tara’s Candies with written notice at least **14 days** before the agreed start date.
- Cancellations after this period may result in fees to cover production costs or non-refundable expenses.
- Refund Policy: Once product orders have been placed and payment is received, refunds will not be issued except in cases of defective or damaged goods.
6. Accountability and Reporting

- Tax Reporting: As a 501(c)(3) organization, the fundraising group is responsible for reporting any applicable tax obligations related to fundraising proceeds.
7. General Terms
- Tara’s Candies reserves the right to decline or terminate a fundraiser if it does not align with our company values or if 501(c)(3) verification is not provided.
- Misrepresentation of an organization’s non-profit status will result in immediate termination of the fundraiser and potential legal action.
